At P(Art) Collection<\/strong>, we strive to ensure the highest quality in our products and customer satisfaction. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy<\/strong> before making a return request.<\/p>\r\n

  • Our standard return policy lasts 14 days<\/strong> from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.<\/li>\r\n
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n

    2. Items Not Eligible for Return<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

    Certain items cannot be returned<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\r\n

    \u274c Customized or personalized products<\/strong> (as they are uniquely created for you).
    \u274c Limited edition pieces<\/strong> (unless they have a manufacturing defect).
    \u274c Gift cards<\/strong> and downloadable digital products<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

    3. Returns Due to Defects or Damage<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

    If you receive a damaged or defective product<\/strong>, you must contact us within 7 days<\/strong> of receiving your order. We will offer one of the following solutions:<\/p>\r\n

    \u2705 A replacement at no additional cost<\/strong>.
    \u2705 A refund<\/strong>, if a replacement is not available.
    \u2705 A repair or discount<\/strong>, depending on the situation.<\/p>\r\n

    How to Report a Defective Product:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

      • Your order number<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n
      • Clear photos<\/strong> of the defect or damage.<\/li>\r\n

        Once reviewed, we will inform you of the next steps.<\/p>\r\n

        4. Refund Process<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

        If your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:<\/p>\r\n

        Only partial refunds<\/strong> may be granted in the following situations:<\/p>\r\n

        • The item is returned more than 14 days<\/strong> after delivery.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

          \u274c Only regular-priced items are refundable<\/strong>. Sale items cannot be refunded<\/strong> unless they are defective.<\/p>\r\n

          We only replace items<\/strong> if they are defective or damaged<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

              8. Gift Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

              • If the item was marked as a gift<\/strong> when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit<\/strong> for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate<\/strong> will be sent to you.<\/li>\r\n
              • If the item was not marked as a gift<\/strong>, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund to the gift giver<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

                9. Shipping Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

                • For voluntary returns (change of mind, incorrect order, etc.), the customer must cover the return shipping fees.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
                • Shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/strong> If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

                  Shipping Insurance & Tracking<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

                  • For high-value items<\/strong>, we recommend using a trackable shipping service<\/strong> or purchasing shipping insurance<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n
