Refund and Returns Policy

At P(Art) Collection, we strive to ensure the highest quality in our products and customer satisfaction. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy before making a return request.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Our standard return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process any return.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Customized or personalized products (as they are uniquely created for you).
Limited edition pieces (unless they have a manufacturing defect).
Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

⚠️ Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through P(Art) Collection following the instructions provided by our team.

3. Returns Due to Defects or Damage

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer one of the following solutions:

✅ A replacement at no additional cost.
✅ A refund, if a replacement is not available.
✅ A repair or discount, depending on the situation.

How to Report a Defective Product:

  • Send an email to info@partcollection.com with:
    • Your order number.
    • Clear photos of the defect or damage.
    • A brief description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will inform you of the next steps.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

✅ You will receive a notification of approval or rejection via email.
✅ If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days:
1️⃣ Check your bank account again.
2️⃣ Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
3️⃣ Contact your bank, as they may require additional time to process refunds.

5. Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@partcollection.com with:
    • Your order number.
    • Photos and a description of the issue.
  • Once approved, send your item to the address provided by our team.

8. Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

9. Shipping Returns

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective product, P(Art) Collection will cover the shipping costs.
  • For voluntary returns (change of mind, incorrect order, etc.), the customer must cover the return shipping fees.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Shipping Insurance & Tracking

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item if no tracking is provided.
